PRIVACY POLICY

01Who we are

Kursilo Automotive operates this website from Industrial Area, Metro Station, Plot No 63/9, Rama Rd, opposite Kirti Nagar, Block B, New Delhi, Delhi 110015. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website, how enquiries are sent and stored, and the choices you have.

02Information we collect

Enquiry form. When you send the form on our Contact page we receive your name, phone number, car model, your message and, if you choose to tell us, how you heard about us. We also record the page you sent it from and the date and time.

Call and WhatsApp buttons. When you tap a Call or WhatsApp button we record which button was tapped, the page and the time. We do not receive your phone number from a tap. If you then message us on WhatsApp or call us, we see your number and what you send, as with any call or message.

Visit statistics, only if you accept cookies. See section 05.

03How enquiries are sent and stored

Each enquiry form you send is:

• saved in this website’s database, hosted with our web host, where it can be seen only by the Kursilo team through our password-protected website dashboard;
• emailed to our team inbox (kursilo.in@gmail.com), which is provided by Google (Gmail). The email is sent through Google’s mail servers.

WhatsApp messages you send us are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy and are kept in our business WhatsApp account.

04How we use your information

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a showroom visit or inspection, prepare a quotation, carry out the work you ask for and look after your car afterwards. We do not use them for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

05Cookies and visit statistics

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept cookies. If you choose Decline, only what the site needs to work is used and no visit statistics are collected.

If you choose Accept:

• our website records anonymous visit statistics: where the visit came from (for example Google or Instagram), approximate city, state and country, the pages viewed, time spent on the site and the type of device. Your approximate location is looked up from your IP address using the FreeIPAPI service; we do not store your IP address;
• Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, measures how the site is used, including taps on Call and WhatsApp buttons and sent enquiries.

Your choice is stored in your browser for six months. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link, which is also at the bottom of every page.

06Other services we use

To run this website we rely on: our web hosting provider; Google (Gmail for enquiry emails, Google Maps, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager); WhatsApp (Meta) for chats; FreeIPAPI for approximate location in visit statistics; and Trustindex to show our Google reviews. These providers process information under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information and we share it only with these providers, or where the law requires it.

07Retention and security

We keep enquiry details for as long as they are needed to respond to you, complete and support your build, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We review stored enquiries regularly and delete those that are no longer needed. Access to the website dashboard and our email is limited to the Kursilo team and protected by passwords.

08Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to kursilo.in@gmail.com or calling +91 88827 96237. You can withdraw your cookie choice at any time through Cookie settings.

09Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and the date at the top.
