A quotation is valid for the period stated on it.

03Bookings and visits

Showroom visits and installation slots are confirmed once agreed with our team. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

04Payments

Payment terms, including any advance, are set out in your quotation. Work begins once the agreed advance has been received.

05Vehicles and materials

Please remove personal belongings before handing over your car. Material colours and textures may vary slightly from photographs and samples shown online.

06Warranty and aftercare

Any warranty applicable to your work is described in your quotation or invoice. Aftercare guidance for leather and finishes is shared at handover.
